Dr. Matt Walling, DC

Chiropractic wasn’t always my plan. I once thought pharmacy would be the path forward. After completing my biology degree at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, I began exploring my options and realized chiropractic had been part of my life since infancy.

That connection, along with a strong desire to help people live with fewer medications, led me to pursue my doctorate at D’Youville University. I graduated in May 2025 and am excited to bring both knowledge and compassion to the practice.

What drew me to chiropractic most was the ability to help people through hands-on care. There’s something deeply meaningful about offering support without relying on medication, instead, using natural and gentle techniques.

Having worked in customer service since age 14, I’ve learned how vital genuine connection is. Listening carefully, addressing concerns, and building trust come naturally to me, and I strive to create an atmosphere where people feel truly cared for and understood.

A Welcoming Team Environment

When it came time to choose where to begin my professional career, I knew I wanted more than just a chiropractic office—I wanted a community. That’s exactly what I found at Balanced Living Chiropractic Wellness. Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of this practice, and I value learning alongside experienced colleagues who share the same goal: supporting every person who walks through the door.

Life Beyond the Practice

Outside of chiropractic, you’ll often find me skiing in the winter, biking, or enjoying long walks around Buffalo. Reading is another passion—I love getting lost in a great story. Whether I’m outdoors or curled up with a book, I balance my professional life with the simple joys that keep me grounded.
