Chiropractor in Amherst | Dr. Justin Drischel DC

“I Love Us, so I just Had to be a Part of Chiropractic”

My name is Dr. Justin Dritschel, better known by our practice members as “Dr. Justin.” I am from Wilson, NY. I chose to become a chiropractor because far too many people look to manage their condition by masking their symptoms with prescription or non-prescription drugs rather than by correcting the root cause. My mission as a chiropractor is to clear interference throughout the nervous system in order to restore balance to the body. The body has a natural ability to heal itself provided the nervous system is free of any interference. My main focus is to restore the patient to an optimal level of health, allowing them to return to doing the things that they love the most. The most challenging aspect of being a chiropractor is working to change the public’s perception of true healthcare.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo. I then pursued my chiropractic education at New York Chiropractic College where I became a member of the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society. I graduated cum laude on July 27th, 2015. The highlight of my educational experience was becoming the first university graduate and first doctor in my family!

Through advanced coursework with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, I am able to specialize in Pediatric & Maternal Care. I work to improve my community by helping future generations. I have also earned an advanced degree in Sports Science & Human Performance through New York Chiropractic College. Specifically, I am certified through the Titleist Performance Institute to work with golfers on improving their biomechanics and power. Proper spinal alignment and optimal nerve flow are essential for human performance. I am dedicated to helping children, teens and adults maximize their potential for a healthy, beautiful life.

When I’m not in practice, I am an avid hockey player. I have been playing since the age of 3 and have been coaching for the last 5 years. I also enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities. I am honored to work with Feed My Starving Children (a non-profit organization that produces and distributes life-saving meals to over 200 mission organizations in 70 of the world’s hungriest countries). I am so proud to support children in times of need, and always.
